Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• An incorrect product
• A tampered package

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product and package

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For food safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Failure to receive the package due to customer unavailability
• Opened or consumed products (unless defective)
